Small Group Training



Our Semi Private Programme, Small Group Training will change your life and help you achieve the results you thought were not possible. With a trainer on hand, to adjust/modify exercises, every client receives personal attention and guidance to help you move better and become healthier.

Whether your goal is weight loss, to get stronger, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout this group will cater to your requirements.

 Each programme focuses on:

  • Flexibility & Mobility

  • Upper and lower body power

  • Building full body strength training

  • Improving your cardiovascular fitness

Each 4 week block contains 3 sessions a week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and includes a Body Fat analysis test on the Inbody scanner.
