Our Group Training programmes are for adults who are looking to invest in their physical and mental well-being, while helping them to move better, and become fitter and stronger.
Each training block is carefully planned in advance and takes into account all the key ingredients of training which include Movement, Power, Strength and Conditioning. This can promote faster results as well as help to reduce the risk of injury or over-training.

Not only this but we also alternate our programmes every 4 weeks just when your muscles begin to adapt themselves to a certain style of training. Each programme works the whole body.
