VFiT 6 WEEK SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Begins on January 6th

This Group is for members who have over 8 months weight training experience and who can follow a training programme without the full supervision from a trainer. The includes-

-3 day per week Advanced Training Programme for 6 weeks

– Receive 6 additional Classes which you can choose from our GTS timetable.1 per week

– 1 Open Gym Pass per week

– Train at a time that suits

Must be available at 6.30am or 6pm on opening day to go through the programme .

Individual Programme 

Get your own tailored 4,6 or 8 week training plan.

Access to all VFiT group times & open gyms
