I started with Mike Comer of Velocity Fitness at the end of October 2013.
When I started I was not sure what to expect but several months later I am delighted with the results. I have lost over 3 stone
It has been hard at times. Classes twice weekly to begin with progressing to 3 evenings per week now. With Mike’s patience and guidance I have achieved my goals and am Fitter, Leaner and Healthier. My Cholesterol levels have come down to their lowest for a number of years which is a result of the diet and exercise regime I have followed while at Velocity Fitness.
