Each training phase is carefully planned in advance and takes into account intensity, duration, volume, recovery and movement. This can promote faster results and will help reduce the risk of injury or over-training. Not only this, we also alternate our classes and programmes every 4 weeks just when your muscles begin to adapt themselves to a certain style of training .
