Our Youth S&C programmes goes above and beyond to ensure that your child can maximise on his or her athletic potential.
These programmes will comprise of both male & female athletes between the ages 8-12 years or 13-17 years and will focus on:
Increasing power.
Learning how to move more efficiently.
Improving mobility and stability for injury prevention.
Increasing strength and condition.
